What kind of transformation are you looking for? A fearful heart with a protective shell can be transformed two ways....into tenderness (compassion) or into stone (apathy).
Crack open the shell..,let some light in...free the prisoners and the slaves inside of you, then go free the rest of the world. The Spirit is easy and Its burden is light.
